By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any program offered by Teacher M Academy, including The M Protocol™, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The M Protocol™ is a personal development, accountability, and behavioral structure program focused on discipline, leadership, communication, identity development, and personal standards.
Teacher M Academy does not provide:
– medical treatment
– psychological treatment
– psychiatric care
– therapy or counselling services
Participation is voluntary and intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By enrolling, the participant confirms that they:
– are legally authorized to enter this agreement
– are voluntarily participating
– accept personal responsibility for their decisions and actions
– agree to communicate respectfully and professionally
Teacher M Academy reserves the right to deny or remove access to any participant who violates operational or community standards.
3. PAYMENTS & BILLING
All payments are final.
Participants remain fully responsible for completing all agreed payments and payment plans.
Failure to participate, attend calls, complete assignments, or engage with the program does not remove payment obligations.
Teacher M Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for missed or overdue payments.
4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of coaching, consulting, digital materials, and program access provided by Teacher M Academy, all sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, or credit transfers will be issued.
Removal, suspension, or voluntary withdrawal from the program does not cancel payment obligations.
5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Teacher M Academy does not guarantee specific:
- financial outcomes
- emotional outcomes
- behavioral outcomes
- relationship outcomes
- lifestyle outcomes
6. CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Participants agree to:
- communicate respectfully
- follow program structure and instructions
- respect confidentiality
- avoid harassment, disruption, or misconduct.
Teacher M Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove participants for repeated violations, misconduct, abuse, or behavior that negatively impacts the program environment.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program materials, systems, documents, calls, methods, videos, and content remain the intellectual property of Teacher M Academy.
Participants may not:
- reproduce
- distribute
- share
- publish
- sell
- record private calls or communications without written permission
Violation may result in removal and potential legal action.
8. PRIVACY
Personal information shared within the program will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for safety, legal, or operational purposes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participants acknowledge that Teacher M Academy provides guidance, accountability, education, and structured support only.
Participants accept full responsibility for their own actions, decisions, implementation, and outcomes.
10. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Teacher M Academy program, the participant confirms that they:
- have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- understand and accept the no-refund policy
- voluntarily participate in the program
- accept full responsibility for their participation and outcomes
